TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INCLUSIONS:

1. All Meals including Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea/Milk with Biscuit and Dinner (during set timings only).

2. All Amenities.

3. For long term stay we provice a Welcome Goody Bag comprising of

              a. One Bedsheet

              b. One Pillow Cover

              c. One Bath Towel

              d. 1L PET Water Bottle (empty)

              e. Welcome Letter.

For Super Flexi Plan guests we provide washed and clean linens, one blanket, one 1L packaged drinking water bottle and one piece soap. Linens may be changed every 3 days of stay upon request.

BOOKING:

1. A person should be above 16 years and below 35 years of age to book. Mandatory Parent's consent shall be taken in case of minors.

2. Booking amount will be adjusted with first month’s rental.

3. Booking amount is non-refundable & valid for 15 days only. In case the check-in gets delayed beyond 15 days, room will be provided on availability on the date of check-in. Uptown cannot assure the same selected room/bed or availability of bed in case of such delay in check-in.

 

CHECK-IN: 

1. An refundable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rental is mandatory to be paid upon check-in along with first month’s rental.

2. The security deposit will be refunded within 45 days of vacating the hostel to bank account after deducting any dues and damage compensations due. The last date till which payment is done or actual date of vacating, whichever is later will be considered as the date of vacating.

3. Admission Fee of Rs.1000/- (non-refundable and non-adjustable) shall have to paid upon check-in along with Photo ID, Address Proof and Student/Employee ID.

4. Checking-in during a month between 1-15 will entail rental for that entire month. Checking in on or after 16th will entail 15 days' rental.

 

SEPARATION:

1. MINIMUM 30 DAYS’ NOTICE (28 DAYS IN CASE OF FEBRUARY) IS MANDATORY FOR LEAVING THE HOSTEL, OTHERWISE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED.

2. NOTICE SHOULD BE PROVIDED IN WRITING ON PAPER and IN THE APP PROVIDED WITHIN 2nd OF A MONTH. NOTICE SHALL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM 3rd OF THE MONTH ONWARDS.

3. VACATING THE HOSTEL BEYOND 1st OF ANY MONTH WOULD ENTAIL RENTAL FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH.

4. For non Super Flexi Plan guests, minimum duration of stay in Uptown is 2 months. Security deposit shall not be refunded if anyone leaves before the expiry of 2 months’ period or without giving 30 days notice in writing. There will no adjustment of security deposit under any circumstance.

MONTHLY RENTAL

1. Rental plan is different for Uptown Plush located at Shanti Path, R. G. Baruah Road and Eco Living by Uptown at Forest Gate, Narengi. For details call or WhatsApp at 7577005535.

2. Due date for paying monthly rental is between 1st and 7th of the current month.

3. Rs.100 per day fine will be imposed for delayed payment from 8th onwards.

4. We run promotional offers from time to time. Rates may vary during promotional offer period or for bookings availing promotional offers.
