TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

BOOKING:

  1. Booking amount is Rs.5000/- which will be adjusted with first month’s rental.

  2. Booking amount is non-refundable & valid for 60 days only.

 

CHECK-IN: 

  1. An adjustable security deposit equivalent to one month’s rental is mandatory to be paid upon check-in along with first month’s rental.

  2. The security deposit will be adjusted with rent of last month of stay.

  3. Admission Fee of Rs.500/- (non-refundable and non-adjustable) shall have to paid upon check-in along with Photo ID and Address Proof.

  4. Checking-in during a month will entail rental for that entire month.

 

SEPARATION:

  1. MINIMUM 30 DAYS’ NOTICE IS MANDATORY FOR LEAVING THE HOSTEL, OTHERWISE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT SHALL NOT BE ADJUSTED.

  2. NOTICE SHOULD BE PROVIDED IN WRITING ON PAPER.

  3. VACATING THE HOSTEL BEYOND 1st OF ANY MONTH WOULD ENTAIL RENTAL FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH.

  4. Minimum duration of stay in Uptown is 2 months. Security deposit shall not be adjusted if anyone leaves before the expiry of 2 months’ period. There will no refund of security deposit under any circumstance.

MONTHLY RENTAL

  1. Due date for paying monthly rental is 7th of the current month.

  2. Rs.100 per day fine will be imposed for delayed payment.
